- How to order?
You can order easily using online platform. When you find the product you like, you can add it to cart, signup (we suggest signing up for smoother checkout in future) and go through ordering process. You will receive your order summary via test message or email. Please check mail folder and spam as well for the confirmation email.
- What Shipping option are available?
We have two options for shipping. One is standard shipping, which is free. Then we have express shipping, which is wseight based and will be calculated at checkout. The charges for express shipping starts from ₹ 270/-Per Kg.
- How long will it take to deliver the order?
We take 8 to 10 working days to deliver the order via standard shipping. and 3-4 working days for by express shipping.
- Which payment modes are accepted in the store?
Payment modes Debit/Credit cards, Net banking, Google Pay, UPI, Phonepe, paytm Accepted at our store.
- What happend after ordering?
You will receive an Email or a Text Message confirming your odrer. We are starts getting your order ready. We ship the order out in 2-4 working days in case of standard shipping. And, 2 days in case of express shipping and tracking number is sent within 36 hours of shipping out the parcel to track the wherabouts.
- How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
With in 36 hours from the time your order ships, you will receive your tracking details to the email address or a text message on the number you entered while ordering. If you don't receive email, check your spam. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at the website.
- Does Riviera Fashion ship internationally?
No, Currently we don't do international shipping but will start very soon in future.
- Is the product exactly as shown in pictures?
There will be slightly differences in real products and the pictures due to screen resolution, camera setting or light used during photoshoot.
- Can we return or exchange a product?
For return or exchange, Please refer to our Return or Exchange Policy.
- Why my order was cancelled?
While it's rare, it can happen only, if the product is not available in stock. if this happen, we will inform you within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation and issue a refund. if your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped you as normal.
- How do I use a Credit Note?
Add your items to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. At checkout, enter the promo code in the field labeled "Gift Card or discount code" and click Apply. Your promotional code will be applied to your order and reflected under your order total.
- Can a Gift Card/Crdit Note used more than once?
Yes, your gift card/credit note works like a debit card. Provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, you can use your gift card/credit note multiple times until the balance is gone.
- Why is the response time slower than standard time?
We have started a small brand, which is managed by our founder and a team of 3 people. We currently don't have any separate team for customer serviceand it is handled by our team members. Along with their othe additional duties of packaging, handling orders, managing inventory and so on, Right now, we are short of staff, we will soon hire more people. so that this problem doesn't come.
- Why don't you issue refunds?
We're still a small team here at Riviera Fashion, so our inventory is often limited and doing refunds is just not possible for us at the time.
