Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges 

We sincerly hope you enjoy your RIVIERA FASHION item. Our aim to maximise your satisfaction level to our utmost capablity and to make your experience as good as possible on our site. Below are the terms of exchange, Please read carefully before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any exchange or refund.

 

Exchange Policy :- 

1. If you have received a damage product, a wrong product (like design or color) or a wrong size, you can send it back to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt.

2. You can send us an email at rivierafashion2020@gmail.com for an acknowledgement and address details for the exchange process.

3. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

4. To receive a full store credit, return your item(s) within 7 days of your order being shipped. Items should be returned in their original condition.

5. We don't have a reverse pick up service facility. The customer will have to send the items back by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be borne by the customer.

6. We only exchange with color or size of the same piece or collection. We don't accept exchange with different design or items. Please check picture or description before ordering.

Refunds :-

Do we accept returns and refunds?

We don't accept returns or issue refunds.

Exception :-

If we don't have your pruchased item in the size or color you need or the same item in case of any other issue, we will provide store credit in such cases. The validity of the store credit will be 30 days. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.

ORDER CANCELLATION :-

If you need to make a change to confirmed prepaid order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email. 

As a part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been package/shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

DAMAGE IF ANY :- 

If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged or tampered with you should refuse to accept it. You can still call or Whatsapp our customer care at 798-771-0153, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Shipping cost will be borne by us.

 

LATE RETURNS :-

Merchandise that is not returned within 7 days of your original purchase date will not be accept by our warehouse and will be returned to you. In case the transit time is longer, we require you to send us the tracking number  of the parcel within 5 days of the original order being shipped to you.

 

SALE ORDERS :-

There is no return policy for items on clearance.

 

EXCHANGE ITEMS :-

Exchange process takes up to 4 to 5 days. We do not have exchange for exchange items.

 

By purchsing from our website, we assume the client has read and agreed to all the Returns and Refund Policies.
